Performance Benchmark Database

The following performance benchmark has been submitted by the I-DEAS user community and this database of tests and results is provided by WAMware as a service to that user community. You should directly contact the benchmark author or result submitter with any questions.

Benchmark Test: Graphics performance test

Full Description: This test is aimed at dynamic viewing performance (both line and shaded modes). There is some overhead in parsing the program file, but the test results should be reasonably indicative of live dynamic viewing performance.
How To Run the Benchmark: (see also the comments in the prg file) * Download "graphics.zip" (and unzip) and "graphics.prg" 
PREPARATION: / open a new Project = "boom_array" / open a new Model File = "boom_array" / Application=Design, Task=Master Assembly / File, Import, Design Universal... "boom_array.unv" / Get, boom_array (assembly) / File, Save 
RUNNING: / File, Program_File, Run... "graphics.prg" / 
*** Post the "Grand total wall clock" and "Grand total CPU"
*** Note: On Unix you may need to do the following after unzipping and before importing: perl -pi.bak -0777 -e 's#\r##gi' boom_array.unv
